Elevated, Full-Service Hospitality Awaits
For purchasers of their flagship vehicle – the Genesis G90 – Genesis wanted to deliver an extra special “welcome” experience for new owners. Specifically, the brand wanted to invite each new G90 owner to select one of two experiential gifts: (1) two VIP tickets to the Genesis Invitational; (2) a curated culinary experience for two at Genesis House in New York.
HMG helped curate both experiences and provided elevated customer-care services to support the entire program (handling all customer engagement from start to finish). Additionally, HMG designed and built a program website for all engaged G90 owners to learn about the exclusive experiential gifts, select their experience of choice, and contact our Customer Care team.
The G90 Welcome Experience Curator
To handle all reservations, planning, and logistics on behalf of each individual G90 owner, HMG assembled a dedicated, full-service concierge team (the "G90 Welcome Experience Curator"). We trained this dedicated team to manage all planning, logistics, and reservations based on the unique needs of each individual Genesis G90 owner.
